A - Wade Automotive Repair techs are able to expertly repair all makes and models, in addition, we specialize in the maintenance and repair of all BMW, MINI, Mercedes, Volkswagen, Audi, Jaguar and Land Rover automobiles.

A - Wade Automotive is conveniently located in the heart of Dunwoody, Ga. directly across from The Shops of Dunwoody and only minutes away from I-285 and GA-400.

 

Q - What are the qualifications of the Wade Automotive Repair staff?

A - Wade Automotive Repair only employs ASE certified technicians with a minimum of 6 years experience! BMW factory training is currently the most prestigious and difficult in the industry and our owner is a factory-trained, dealership experienced, BMW Master technician capable of efficiently and confidently repairing all makes and models of automobiles!

ASE certification is a nationally recognized standard which continually tests a technicians knowledge and abilities in every aspect of automotive repair and is an added level of recognizing automotive repair expertise! There is always an ASE Master Certified technician on hand to diagnose and oversee vehicle repair!

 

Q - What kind of parts does Wade Automotive Repair use to repair my vehicle?

A - Wade Automotive Repair only uses OE (Original Equipment specifications) and OEM  (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts! Whether you own a Honda Civic or a BMW 7 series, your car will only receive parts manufactured to OE and/or OEM specifications which meet or exceed the vehicles original equipment! Because of our special relationships with our parts suppliers we are able to source OE and OEM parts at or below the cost of most aftermarket brands - therefore it makes sense to provide only the highest quality parts to our customers!

 

Q - What is the difference between your oil changes and a synthetic oil change from somewhere else?

A - The difference is in the caliber of the oil we use. US APA spec synthetic oils (such as Mobil 1 and Castrol)are approved for use in the USA and have an interval duration of roughly 7,500 miles. The Pentosin High Performance synthetic oil used by Wade Automotive Repair is of the highest caliber available and is a factory standard oil for many of the top brands of automobiles.  Pentosin is BMW LL-01 and LL-04 approved for the higher demands of extended duration oil changes and because of their proprietary formula, the oil stabilizers, conditioners, and specific additives allow BMW and Mercedes owners to enjoy the 10,000+ mile dealership oil change intervals.

 

Q - What forms of payment does Wade Automotive Repair accept?

A - Wade Automotive Repair accepts cash and most major credit cards, including: VISA, Mastercard, and Discover.

 

Q - Can I wait for my vehicle to be serviced?

A - Depending on the length of time needed to perform all necessary repairs, our customers are welcome to wait in our comfortable, climate-controlled lobby with free wi-fi, beverages, satelite TV, and personable staff - or you may chose to take advantage of the multiple shopping and dining options located directly across the street at The Shops of Dunwoody! Most customers prefer to drop off near morning and take Uber or Lyft, which regularly run in this area!
